For this particular event, we started with one of our most popular morning options- mimosas! We provided attendees with a bus to ensure easy travel and a swift arrival of guests to their destination. While en route, our guests enjoyed a relaxing morning mimosa. Guests mingled while they enjoyed their drinks and a smooth ride to their destination!
Our guests were brought to AMC theatre, a unique and memorable venue for the event! Upon arriving inside the theater, guests were greeted with delicious popcorn and a candy treat, perfect for the movie theatre atmosphere. To wash down these sweet and salty treats, guests had the choice of warm tea, cool water, sweet soft drinks, and strong coffee. Buffet tables were also set up at the venue, ready for guests to take a bite of the many sweets we offered. Our options included assorted mini ice cream cones, macaroons, mini logo cupcakes, and mini oatmeal raisin cookies. A mouthwatering assortment of sweets that would make even the most healthy individual decide to have a quick cheat snack.
After all the snacking was completed, with the sweet tooth of each guest satisfied, guests shuffled into one of the location’s theaters to enjoy the presentation.
After a thought-provoking, informative, and eye-opening presentation, guests were in store for one last delightful treat! Guests were given to-go containers, and they were then able to take what they wanted, or make a request from the food that was offered. This extended to beverages as well, and guests were welcomed to enjoy one last drink or take one for the road if they wish. Upon completion, guests were happy and satisfied!
