Happy Chocolate Day!

These chocolate peanut butter truffles will send your mouth watering!

All you need to do is mix flour and peanut butter into a bowl while melting chocolate in another bowl.  After you are done mixing the flour and peanut butter enough to hold a ball shape, roll as many as you need onto a cookie sheet.  Put the rolled peanut balls into the freezer for about 10-15 minutes then take them out and begin dipping as much melted chocolate as needed.

We added a toasted almond on the top of our truffles and drizzled extra chocolate on top for additional decoration and flavor!
