It’s National Meatball Day which means a Fabulous meatball recipe, which happens to be one of our favorites!

 This recipe serves for about 20 meatballs.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground chicken
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
• cooking spray
• 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
• 2 tablespoons Buffalo Wing Sauce 
• 2 tablespoons honey
